4.<\/strong> The Wave reserves the right to decline to accept a booking where, in its reasonable opinion, a promotion or discount is invalid for the booking being made.<\/p>\n

5.<\/strong> The Wave reserves the right to change these terms and conditions or withdraw a discount or promotion at any time on reasonable notice.<\/p>\n

6.<\/strong> Unless otherwise specified, all bookings made as part of any offer or promotion shall be subject to our Booking Terms and Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n

7.<\/strong> You are strictly prohibited from re-selling or transferring any surf sessions purchased as part of any offer or promotion without our prior written consent. Any breach of this condition will make any associated bookings void.<\/p>\n

THE WAVE WSL FANTASY LEAGUE COMPETITION – TERMS AND CONDITIONS<\/h3>\n

These terms and conditions explain the rules for participating in The Wave WSL Fantasy League Competition. These terms and conditions supplement The Wave WSL Fantasy League Competition \u201cRules and Instructions\u201d located here<\/a><\/span>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. 1.<\/strong> The \u2018promoter\u2019 of <\/span>The Wave WSL Fantasy League Competition<\/span> is Sea Level Wave Co Limited, registered office at 7 Ashleigh Way, Plympton, Plymouth, PL7 5JX referred to as \u2018The Wave\u2019.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. 2.<\/strong> The <\/span>Wave WSL Fantasy League Competition<\/span> is open to all UK residents. The Wave staff shall also take part, but any prizes shall be issued to the highest positioned participant who is not an employee of The Wave, their families, agents or any third party associated with the administration of the draw.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. 3.<\/strong> Any entrant under the age of 18 must have parental consent to enter the competition and will require parental consent to use the surf session included in the prize.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. 4.<\/strong> The<\/span> Wave WSL Fantasy League Competition<\/span> is free to enter and entrants do not need to make any purchase. To participate in <\/span>The Wave WSL Fantasy League Competition<\/span>, you must register for an account at ctfantasy.worldsurfleague.com. Your registration will allow you to become the owner of a Fantasy Surf team which can then enter The Wave league.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
          \n
        1. 5.<\/strong> You can register at any time to play the game.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
            \n
          1. 6.<\/strong> The Wave accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost or delayed for any reason or for entries not successfully submitted due to any kind of technical fault.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
              \n
            1. 7.<\/strong> Prizes will be awarded for the combined performance across the men\u2019s and women\u2019s events. The owner of the Fantasy Surf team with the most number of points at the end of each event category will win a prize, as well as the winner of the WSL main season event.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
              1. 8.<\/strong> The Wave will announce the winners on Instagram. The winner must direct message The Wave with a screenshot of their winning account. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the runner up will receive the prize.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                  \n
                1. 9.<\/strong> The team that scores the most points on each stage of the championship tour will receive a free surf session at The Wave. The winner of the overall league will win a surf bundle of 4 surfs. The use of the surf session(s) will be subject to The Wave\u2019s standard booking terms and conditions from time to time.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                    \n
                  1. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is or will be offered.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                      \n
                    1. 10.<\/strong> Any decision of The Wave regarding any aspect of the prize draw will be final and binding. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into about it.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      1. 11.<\/strong> The last name of the winners will be made available on request to <\/span>admin@wavebristol.com<\/span><\/a>. By entering the competition you acknowledge that we may share your last name.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                            The Wave Black Friday Bundle Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n

                            1. 1.<\/strong> This promotion is valid for Wave Bundles purchased between 24th<\/sup> November 2023 and 27th<\/sup> November 2023.<\/li>\n
                            2. 2.<\/strong> To participate in this promotion, simply purchase your Wave Bundle in the usual way.<\/li>\n
                            3. 3.<\/strong> If you purchase an Adult or Child Wave Bundle X4, the expiry date for your Bundle will be extended from 3 months after date of purchase to 6 months after date of purchase.<\/li>\n
                            4. 4.<\/strong> If you purchase an Adult or Child Wave Bundle X 10, 25 or 50, you will receive the following \u201cbonus\u201d credits to your account, free of charge.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
