The Wave Gift Card and E-Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions<\/h3>\n

  1. 1. You can use The Wave gift cards or e-gift vouchers at The Wave, Washingpool Farm, BS35 5RE (\u201cThe Wave\u201d<\/strong>) to purchase surf sessions, accommodation, food and drink (excludes third party outlets) and goods from our shop. You can also redeem gift cards and e-gift vouchers online at thewave.com<\/a> or over the phone.<\/li>\n
  2. 2. The following exclusions apply to the use of The Wave gift cards and e-gift vouchers: third party food and beverage suppliers; third party service providers; photo downloads; and electric car charging points. Other exclusions may apply.<\/li>\n
  3. 3. Gift cards or e-gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed.<\/li>\n
  4. 4. Gift cards or e-gift vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.<\/li>\n
  5. 5. All e-gift vouchers are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue. E-gift vouchers cannot be used after the stated expiry date unless agreed with The Wave in writing. We will not refund any balance remaining on the e-gift voucher at the expiry date.<\/li>\n
  6. 6. All physical “Gift A Surf” vouchers purchased in 2024 are valid until 23:59 on the 31st December 2025 (“Gift A Surf”; “The<\/span>\u00a0Wave<\/span> Essentials Gift + x2 Surfs”; “The Adventurer Gift Set + x4 Surfs”; “The Ultimate Gift Set + 10x Surfs”). All physical “Gift A Surf” vouchers purchased in 2025 are valid until 23:59 on the 31st December 2026 (“Gift A Surf”; “1x Surf + Merch Gift Set”; “4x Surfs + The Essentials Gift Set”; “4x Surfs Family Gift Set”). “Gift A Surf” vouchers cannot be used after the stated expiry date unless agreed with The Wave in writing. We will not refund any balance remaining on the “Gift A Surf” voucher at the expiry date.<\/li>\n
  7. 7. If a gift card or e-gift voucher is used to make a purchase and the total order value is less than the total value of the card or e-gift voucher, any balance will remain on the card or e-gift voucher and may be applied to future purchases, provided the card or e-gift voucher has not expired.<\/li>\n
  8. 8. If a gift card or e-gift voucher is used to make a purchase and the total order value exceeds the balance remaining on the card or e-gift voucher, the remaining amount must be paid via another payment method.<\/li>\n
  9. 9. If a refund is provided for a purchase made using a gift card or e-gift voucher, the value will be refunded back onto that gift card or e-gift voucher, or a new gift card or e-gift voucher will be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights.<\/li>\n
  10. 10. Gift cards or e-gift vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our prior approval. If we do give our approval, then such approval may be subject to any conditions which we impose.<\/li>\n
  11. 11. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, where we consider it necessary and reasonable to do so.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Cancellation and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n

    The purchaser of a gift card or e-gift voucher is legally entitled to a 14-day \u201ccooling-off\u201d period. We offer our UK customers a goodwill guarantee for most products bought online or in our store, which is more generous than your legal rights. This goodwill guarantee does not affect your legal rights if there is something wrong with your product (for more on those rights see You have rights if there is something wrong with your product).<\/p>\n

    1. 11. If you wish to return your gift card or e-gift voucher, please follow the process set out in our Online Shop Terms and Conditions.<\/li>\n
    2. 12. The right to a refund during the 28-day \u201ccooling-off\u201d period only applies if the gift card or e-gift voucher has not been used during the 28-day \u201ccooling-off\u201d period. If you use your gift card or e-gift voucher, or part of your gift card or e-gift voucher, you will lose your right to a refund.
